Triad Road Maintenance Co., Inc. was started in 1994 by Tim Roudabush,Sr located in Madison NC. The company outgrew this location and has moved to Reidsville NC in 2000. The company's services began with providing special markings applied with a hand machine. Over the years our services have grown to offer long line thermoplastic and long line paint, along with installation of raised pavement markers and snowplowable pavement markers. Annually our employees participate in the North Carolina Department of Transportation pavement marking rodeo. They also attend the Work Zone Traffic control certification training.

Tim Roudabush, Sr started the company with a brush and roller painting parking lots. He stepped up to installing special markings with a paint hand machine and then to the thermoplastic hand machine with one employee. He steadily grew the company with purchases of a long line paint truck and then to a long line thermoplastic truck. The

The growth of the company over the years is attributed to the dedication to providing quality and on time work for our customers. He currently serves as Vice-President. He holds a NCDOT and VDOT certified pavement marker card and is a NCDOT certified flagger.

Kathy Roudabush joined the company full time in 2008 as President. She runs the day to day operations of the company from answering the phones to providing estimates to our customers. She is also the safety officer of the corporation. She is a NCDOT certified flagger trainer instructor and holds a NCDOT certified pavement marker card.

Since coming on board Triad Road Maintenance Co., Inc. has received HUB certification through the NC Department of Administration. She is now certified as our Work Zone Safety Supervisor.

James Roudabush is Vice President of operations and joined the company in 2008. He supervises and directs the activities of our pavement marking crews. His knowledge and attention to quality has made him a respected member of the pavement marking community. He holds a NCDOT certified pavement marking installer, certified flagger and certified work zone installer.

Brittany Haney joined the company in 2012 as an office manager. She works Full time with accounts receivable/accounts payable, payroll, answering phones, and scheduling. She is a NCDOT certified work zone flagger instructor, certified flagger, certified work zone installer, and Traffic Control Supervisor. She also holds a NCDOT certified pavement marking card.
